Returns and Exchanges
Oh, no! Your Neighbor Hoods product is the wrong size. Or the color doesn’t match your coat as well as it looked like it would online.
Whatever the reason, it’s important to me that you’re happy with your order and ready to wear your gear proudly! I offer returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your goodies, with very few exceptions.
The best way to start is to send an email to email@example.com and briefly explain why you’d like to exchange or return your item.
You may return your item for a full refund if:
1) The item is defective (seam issue, hole in the fabric, damage during shipping - please provide photos of the issue in your email)
2) The item was mistakenly ordered (you thought you were getting a hood for your kid, but accidentally put an adult hood in your cart!)
3) The item does not fit the person it was purchased for (we can do an exchange if a different size is available, but as these are all individually, handmade products, I understand sometimes that’s not possible and a return and refund can be a better option)
You may exchange your item for another item (or items) of equal price for any reason.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
